After pricing estimates, a complete set of construction drawings and schedules is prepared to ensure the design intent is accurately realizsed during construction.

Attendance & Project Management
Regular site visits during construction are strongly recommended. Close collaboration with all contractors is essential for a smooth project execution. If you prefer, full project management can also be provided.

Procurement
Hard and soft finishes, cabinetry, window treatments, furniture, and accessories can be procured. Strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers allow for meeting specific procurement needs, from custom design to supply and installation.
